Lead the European Customer Service for a fast-growing cosmetics brand, structuring and scaling the service organization, defining robust processes, and ensuring smooth order management, dispute resolution, and financial flows. Report to Global Supply Chain Director and drive tool adoption (SAP, CRM, EDI) to secure revenue and support distributors, wholesalers, and pharmacies.
