Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and operate sorting and palletizing automation systems to maintain optimal throughput.
  • •Manage overflow zones, coordinate PIT operations, and add/assign/manage work orders multiple times per shift.
  • •Track work order progress and status, remove outdated orders, notify teams when ready to close, and document scrap.
  • •Respond to real-time system alerts and mechanical faults; troubleshoot sorter systems and Robopack equipment to prevent downtime.
  • •Log downtime, performance metrics, and technical repairs; participate in system data collection and recommend improvements.
