Job Summary

Provide teller and account-opening platform support while delivering accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment. Identify client needs through consultative conversations, recommend products and services, open deposit accounts (including IRAs and CDs), and cross-sell with referrals to bank partners. Conduct outbound calls and support banking center goals, while assisting with client inquiries, loan application handoff, compliance, and daily operational updates.

•Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality customer service.
•Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts, including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
•Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services; cross-sell and make referrals to generate new business.
•Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects, including during special deposit/loan campaigns.
•Assist with client inquiries and loan application handoffs; support banking center operations, training, and compliance updates.

•High school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience as a Teller (preferred).
