Job Summary

Coordinate and host executive engagements and events at AVEVA, working with sales, marketing and regional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage briefings, data, and event logistics for Customer Experience Centers, while aligning executive messaging with sales objectives and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships to help drive positive customer experience.
•Collaborate closely with regional sales and marketing to identify key customer engagement opportunities and create agendas for Sales and customers visiting our Customer Experience Centers.
•Support Tier 1 events from planning, customer outreach and executive meeting activities, and upkeep/manage the Customer Experience Center operations.
•Manage the executive briefing process, including developing briefing documents and preparing executives.
•Create reports as needed for the team to showcase activity of events and quarterly metrics, and work with data systems like Salesforce/SharePoint.
