Own guidance across the full employee lifecycle—recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and change management—while coaching leaders, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This is site-based with a 4/10 work schedule.
