Key Responsibilities

  • •Run fitness center operations using standard procedures and health and safety regulations, including safe gym environment and compliance with procedures.
  • •Meet and greet guests, complete registration/check-in, provide correct information on spa & fitness services/products/prices, and deliver personalized service.
  • •Establish and monitor guests’ exercise programs, conduct fitness classes and activities, and remind guests to follow gym policies and safety rules.
  • •Promote and upsell personal training and related offerings, including managing fitness bookings and supporting revenue goals for training and retail/charge bar sales.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and areas (including Kinesis studio) and oversee replenishment of gym amenities; support tours, briefings, and departmental budget/cost control.
