Job Summary

Support the IET GTS Deployment Team in the timely, compliant global deployment of Field Service Engineers. Coordinate international assignments, maintain deployment data and records, and help gather and track visa and work permit documentation. Assist with analysis of country-specific immigration and deployment requirements, collaborate with Global Mobility teams and external providers, and prepare deployment status updates while applying HS&E standards.

•Support the review and validation of Field Service Engineer assignment documentation.
•Assist with collecting, tracking, and organizing visa and work permit documentation.
•Analyze country-specific immigration and deployment requirements using internal guidelines and processes.
•Coordinate with Global Mobility teams and external immigration service providers to support deployment activities.
•Maintain deployment databases and prepare deployment status reports and updates for internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Political Science, or a related field.
•Strong interest in international operations, global mobility, compliance, and immigration-related processes.
•Interest in data analytics, data science, and AI-powered tools to support analysis and process improvement.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Be fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus) and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
