Key Requirements

  • •At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering in electronics, electrical, or automation; MBA or PMP is a plus.
  • •10+ years’ experience developing electronic products, including BMS, BLDC motor control, and SMPS.
  • •5+ years’ experience in BMS circuit development.
  • •5+ years of engineering leadership experience with a track record of performance improvement.
  • •Fluent oral English and ability to present and translate technical knowledge to diverse audiences.
