Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic roadmap and digital transformation of the FP&A function across Consumer, Enterprise, Content, Marketing, and Product divisions.
  • •Consolidate the dual planning systems by evaluating, testing, and selecting the single go-forward enterprise architecture.
  • •Manage day-to-day workflows for two direct reports while balancing reporting/analytics needs with system-transition milestones.
  • •Partner with decentralized FP&A teams to audit workflows and build tailored, automated financial modeling solutions.
  • •Direct the migration execution by managing vendors/consultants and automating data pipelines and reporting decks to reduce monthly close and forecast cycle times.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience across FP&A, finance transformation, or financial systems in a high-growth, multi-segment tech environment.
  • •Hands-on architectural/administrative knowledge of both Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), or comparable enterprise planning platforms.
  • •Proven end-to-end success leading platform consolidations, vendor bake-offs, and full-lifecycle system implementations.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership managing and upskilling technical team members through software transitions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
