Outside Buyer

Generate purchases of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals within a defined geographic area through outside sales and supplier relationship building. Negotiate pricing and long-term contracts, prepare competitive bids, and evaluate scrap grades to maximize volume and margin. Communicate daily with suppliers and internal teams, monitor market and inventory conditions, support EHS requirements, and provide regular reporting and documentation to support operations.
