Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for critical production support and resolve complex user incidents when L2 needs specialized intervention.
•Bridge Airbus SAP business processes and technical architecture, defining and suggesting SAP best practices and “Golden rules.”
•Perform deep technology root-cause analysis and drive performance improvements for issues and long-running requests.
•Audit source code and execute performance tuning of existing programs.
•Engage customers on requirements and delivery, and translate business evolution points into technical solutions in an international agile environment.

Key Requirements

•4 to 6+ years of professional SAP development experience, with advanced S/4HANA ABAP and custom SAPUI5/Fiori architectures.
•Proven expertise in SAP OData/RAP services and CDS view development, including ABAP 7.5+ syntax and interface handling (ALE/IDOC, RFC).
•Strong L3 operational support skills, including root-cause analysis for critical production bugs, source code auditing, and performance tuning.
•Experience delivering stable “first-time-right” hotfixes and features in distributed teams using Scrum or DevOps methodologies.
•Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience engaging international business partners (European customers) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
