Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for critical production support and resolve complex user incidents when L2 needs specialized intervention.
  • •Bridge Airbus SAP business processes and technical architecture, defining and suggesting SAP best practices and “Golden rules.”
  • •Perform deep technology root-cause analysis and drive performance improvements for issues and long-running requests.
  • •Audit source code and execute performance tuning of existing programs.
  • •Engage customers on requirements and delivery, and translate business evolution points into technical solutions in an international agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6+ years of professional SAP development experience, with advanced S/4HANA ABAP and custom SAPUI5/Fiori architectures.
  • •Proven expertise in SAP OData/RAP services and CDS view development, including ABAP 7.5+ syntax and interface handling (ALE/IDOC, RFC).
  • •Strong L3 operational support skills, including root-cause analysis for critical production bugs, source code auditing, and performance tuning.
  • •Experience delivering stable “first-time-right” hotfixes and features in distributed teams using Scrum or DevOps methodologies.
  • •Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience engaging international business partners (European customers) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
