Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and evolve scalable dbt data models that accurately represent company KPIs and business metrics.
•Develop and maintain intuitive Looker dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
•Partner with Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
•Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable, high-quality data is available for reporting and analysis.
•Partner with analytics engineers and analysts to establish dbt and Looker best practices, perform quality assurance on data models and dashboards, and support analytics needs across the organization.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar data-focused role using SQL to develop data models and generate business insights.
•2+ years of experience working with dbt and Looker in a production environment.
•Strong experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable dbt models and Looker dashboards based on business and performance requirements.
•Advanced SQL and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently solve complex data challenges.
•Experience owning the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including data modeling, validation, quality assurance, and delivery of trusted reporting.
