Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and evolve scalable dbt data models that accurately represent company KPIs and business metrics.
  • •Develop and maintain intuitive Looker dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • •Partner with Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
  • •Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable, high-quality data is available for reporting and analysis.
  • •Partner with analytics engineers and analysts to establish dbt and Looker best practices, perform quality assurance on data models and dashboards, and support analytics needs across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar data-focused role using SQL to develop data models and generate business insights.
  • •2+ years of experience working with dbt and Looker in a production environment.
  • •Strong experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable dbt models and Looker dashboards based on business and performance requirements.
  • •Advanced SQL and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently solve complex data challenges.
  • •Experience owning the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including data modeling, validation, quality assurance, and delivery of trusted reporting.
