Key Responsibilities

  • •Support global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with focus on complex accounting areas, governance, analytics, and issue resolution.
  • •Review journal entries and account reconciliations, perform close analytics, and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
  • •Support SEC/corporate reporting activities including disclosure tie-outs, MD&A analytics, and preparation of quarterly reporting packages.
  • •Embed and improve SOX controls and internal control standards for technical accounting areas; identify gaps and drive remediation plans.
  • •Lead accounting process excellence and transformation through automation, scalable analytics, and future-state process design (including KPI/metric definition).

Key Requirements

  • •CPA preferred or Chartered Accountant.
  • •10-12 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including public accounting and public-company controllership experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (IFRS knowledge is a plus) and experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, and internal controls.
  • •Strong analytical skills for interpreting large data sets and identifying accounting risks or unusual trends.
  • •Experience managing teams and leading process improvements in a global/shared services or multinational environment.
