Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as day-to-day point of contact for licensing partners, focusing on business strategy and results.
  • •Manage contract administration and partner discussions by working with Legal on amendments, updates, renewals, and term negotiations.
  • •Analyze performance and identify opportunities to grow existing categories and launch new ones, including new account and distribution requests.
  • •Coordinate seasonal marketing and product development activities with internal teams and licensees, including line plans, trend/color guidance, and approvals.
  • •Prepare and present business reviews, market recaps, and selling information; monitor retail sales and coordinate financial and quarterly business reviews.

Key Requirements
