Key Responsibilities

  • •Curate and present a selection of handcrafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with FIVE’s “FIVE-Star” standards.
  • •Engage with guests by taking orders, making tailored recommendations, and sharing detailed information about beverage offerings.
  • •Process payments accurately and efficiently and operate the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system.
  • •Maintain premium beverage menu knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • •Ensure bar area readiness and cleanliness, manage inventory (stock checks and reordering), and follow health and safety and responsible alcohol service requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 1,600 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience bartending in a luxury hotel or resort environment delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • •A Bartending Certification or related professional training (preferred).
  • •Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and stakeholders.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
