Job Summary

Gather, evaluate, and validate end-user requirements for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Case Management System (CMS). Partner with business and technology teams to define system functions, inputs, outputs, and controls, and provide technical/functional expertise across business processes and workflows. Document product/service requirements, develop test procedures and ensure traceability, and coordinate with agile/SCRUM teams to align designs with user needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques/controls.
•Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new or modified business information processing systems.
•Interface between system architects/programmers and end users to ensure IT designs meet user needs and workflows.
•Document product/service requirements and develop test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out with traceability and test coverage.
•Provide functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and supporting systems (including general logic of system capabilities).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
•Clearance required: TS/SCI.
•Expertise analyzing and compiling software business logic discovery/mockups and developing/validating acceptance criteria.
•Experience leading requirements working groups and user acceptance training sessions.
•Expertise using ServiceNow for sprint/story management.
