Job Summary

Inspect, repair, install, adjust, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment at Rio Tinto’s Kennecott site near Salt Lake City. Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, repair, install, adjust, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and systems per codes and standards.
•Recognize malfunctioning equipment, diagnose issues, and support timely, practical repairs.
•Dismantle, clean, fabricate, repair, replace, install, assemble, adjust, and lubricate mechanical, plumbing, and piping equipment.
•Operate mobile, stationary, and other plant equipment to support installation and repair work, including rigging.
•Read and follow blueprints/drawings/schematics, order parts as required, and maintain accurate maintenance records while supporting safety, environmental, and quality standards.
