Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate advanced testing equipment (Stand Alone Tester, OLB, and LSM) for product validation and characterization.
  • •Coordinate execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests to meet established standards.
  • •Maintain and manage lab environments, tools, and equipment for smooth operations.
  • •Observe equipment during operation to identify malfunctions or operational issues and address them promptly.
  • •Record accurate data logs during testing and analyze/troubleshoot test program, material, or product performance issues while preparing test result reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
  • •Proficiency with basic computer systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
  • •Experience in testing backend equipment, IC assembly processing, metallurgy tools, or operating testers is an added advantage.
  • •Ability to self-drive and multi-task in complex environments.
  • •Strong decision-making, judgment, and troubleshooting ability during testing operations.
