Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and assist 50+ Mortgage Lending Officers with individual marketing plans and campaigns using Velocify and other tools.
  • •Manage technical and relationship aspects of the department’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • •Create sales, email, and digital marketing content; coordinate creation/updates of branded mortgage collateral with marketing, compliance, and IT.
  • •Perform regulatory-compliant social media checks; evaluate new technologies and optimize marketing performance with add-on applications.
  • •Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing/sales effectiveness and business impact; collaborate with Corporate Marketing and support event and online inquiry management.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree in Marketing or a similar degree.
  • •Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • •Friendly, pleasant customer interactions via telephone with a variety of customers.
  • •Working knowledge of Mortgage Returns (or other CRM), Excel, Publisher, InDesign, and social media platforms preferred.
  • •Ability to be creative and strategic, work independently with flexibility, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
