•Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
•Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies; monitor risks and escalate as necessary.

•Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Trello.
•Strong leadership, client relationship management and communication skills.
