Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle the machine breakdown team by implementing maintenance practices to achieve high equipment availability with minimal downtime while adhering to safety standards.
  • •Conduct toolbox checks and work permit compliance with risk assessment; ensure hazards are addressed promptly and investigate issues after damage.
  • •Arrange and implement preventive maintenance schedules; coordinate emergency maintenance and manage emergencies including injuries, contractors, and related work issues.
  • •Monitor critical areas such as fire pumps, sub-stations, and AC units; run mock drills as per emergency response plans.
  • •Prepare MIS shift reports for breakdowns, upload EM breakdowns to Software-Maximo, close PM/CM work orders within timelines, and scrutinize spares and stores requisitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree holder with 3-5 years of experience.
  • •Experience in electrical/electronics, including commissioning of electrical and electronics equipment.
  • •Ability to work under high pressure and respond promptly to reported hazards.
  • •Strong computer knowledge with ability to prioritize and troubleshoot issues.
  • •Knowledge of LEAN and KAIZEN principles.
