Key Responsibilities

•Ship features across integrations portfolio (Slack, Teams, Outlook add-in, Gmail add-on, and browser/workspace extensions) from design through production.
•Lead small-to-medium projects end-to-end: break down requirements, draft design docs, align stakeholders, and drive launches.
•Diagnose and resolve complex bugs across distributed, multi-surface environments; build monitoring, alerting, and runbooks to prevent recurrence.
•Participate in on-call rotation to ensure reliable experiences for users on external platforms.
•Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to clarify requirements, surface edge cases, and deliver customer value with velocity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 162,000 annually

•Experience building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs or external platforms (e.g., OAuth authorization flows, webhook pipelines, or notification systems).

•Writes clean, well-tested, and well-documented code with reproducible test plans.
•Excellent communication with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
•Willingness to take ownership of the lifecycle of work from design to production maintenance and to mentor newer engineers.
