Category Manager - South Regionals

Own retailer category strategy for Campbell Snacks across the South region by partnering with regional retail teams and cross-functional internal groups. Use consumer insights, point-of-sale and shopper data, and syndicated sources (IRI/Nielsen) to create actionable category and line review recommendations. Lead DSMP goal recommendations (distribution, shelving, merchandising, pricing), track new item performance, build shelf schematics, and inform customer-specific plans that drive market share and growth.
