Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead detailed design of the most complex integrations between Ivalua and systems such as ERPs, HR, finance, and logistics with scalability, security, and maintainability in mind.
  • •Configure and develop high-complexity integrations using Ivalua tools, APIs, ETL/EAI/middleware, file-based interfaces, and scripting, owning implementation through deployment.
  • •Set and continuously refine integration standards, reusable patterns, and best practices for Senior Integration Leads and consultants.
  • •Serve as top-level technical escalation for integration incidents during build, SIT/UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • •Create reference-standard technical design documents and define integration testing standards, frameworks, and peer reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in technical integration, technical consulting, or web-based software development, ideally in SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
  • •Significant hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using ETL/EAI or other integration/middleware technologies.
  • •Strong practical experience with SOAP and REST APIs, including API consumption, design principles, authentication methods, and error handling.
  • •Solid understanding of data transfer mechanisms (e.g., SFTP, FTPS, API-based, file-based) and data formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON (cXML/EDI a plus).
  • •A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field is required.
