Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Management to translate launch business cases into demand forecasts, including modeling demand curves and cannibalization.
  • •Develop forecast scenarios and document assumptions, risks, and justifications; validate forecasts with regional commercial teams to support global decision-making.
  • •Define portfolio adjustments and phase-out roadmaps with Product Management; develop ramp-down forecasts and coordinate with Supply Chain and Service on inventory, service continuity, and obsolescence risk.
  • •Monitor and analyze launch or ramp-down volumes against forecasts and coordinate with Demand and Supply Planning to adjust as needed.
  • •Support portfolio optimization using data-driven insights on demand trends and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; further education in Lifecycle Management, Forecasting or Demand Planning is a plus.
  • •Several years of experience in product lifecycle management, forecasting, demand planning, or business analysis with a product/portfolio focus.
  • •Advanced analytical and modeling skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to validating and communicating forecasts.
  • •Strong project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to present and explain data-based stories.
