Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and assess manual handling, patient handling and aggression prevention training programs.
  • •Complete patient handling safety observations and competency assessments.
  • •Coordinate training schedules, enrolments and learning activities with key stakeholders.
  • •Create and maintain training courses, resources and supporting documentation in the Learning Management System.
  • •Maintain training records, compliance data and course administration in the Learning Management System, and provide guidance to employees using training resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing manual handling or aggression prevention training.
  • •Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • •Experience working within workplace health and safety, ergonomics, or a healthcare environment.
  • •Working towards or having completed a Bachelor qualification in Human Movement, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or a relevant area.
  • •Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred), plus Workplace First Aid with current CPR compliance (as stated).
