Job Summary

Lead technical delivery for the PUMA Core Platform, owning key engineering standards and defining product change strategies. Design and implement major applications and platform/framework solutions, making architecture-aligned decisions in partnership with regional architecture. Drive DevOps CI/CD automation and ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery-time objectives. Translate technical details into business strategies while removing impediments and providing subject-matter expertise across areas like DevOps, security, accessibility, and agile governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical delivery of the PUMA Core Platform.
•Design and develop significant applications and platform/framework solutions.
•Adopt Group FSA standards and align architectures with regional architects.
•Own standards and define product change strategies; create solution designs and make judgment calls.
•Drive CI/CD automation and ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery-time objectives; provide SME expertise across areas like DevOps, security, accessibility, and agile governance.

Key Requirements

•Hold a university graduate certificate in IT or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience across software requirements, design, development, testing, and support.
•Proven experience designing, architecting, and implementing platforms or frameworks.
•Strong skills in Java, Springboot/Cloud, TypeScript/React, Python, and SQL (plus).
•Strong DevOps CI/CD pipeline experience using tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, plus knowledge of shell scripts, MQ, Docker, and Kubernetes (plus).
