  • •Provide mentorship and proactive leadership to a team of environmental professionals supporting capital expansion and tactical projects.
  • •Establish consistent permitting processes and define personnel accountabilities for FERC-regulated expansion projects.
  • •Manage team work methods and priorities to ensure permitting needs of Operations and Engineering Services are met.
  • •Develop and deliver training to internal and external business partners.
  • •Lead and support incident investigations and coordinate permitting and construction compliance resources, including contractors when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, plus a minimum of six (6) years in the energy industry, including at least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience.
  • •Knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and procedures at the federal and state level.
  • •Experience with the NEPA review process under BLM or FERC for linear projects.
  • •Experience interacting with federal, state, and local officials related to permitting and compliance.
  • •Preferred: license or certification in engineering, project management, or environmental field.
