Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate forming equipment (Revo or Formax) to produce formed product to customer specifications.
  • •Add ingredients/product into the machine and load v-mags into the bucket lift.
  • •Adjust weights and settings on the machinery touch display and monitor processing.
  • •Log batch temperatures, record downtime, and take drop weights of product.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean work environment and complete assigned additional duties as required by supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have three months of consecutive work history with one employer within the last 12 months and/or participate in relative training/schooling within the last 12 months.
  • •Must be able to read and write to adjust settings on the machinery touch display and log/record batch information.
  • •Must be able to push and pull v-mags of product weighing up to 250 lbs and load v-mags into a bucket lift.
  • •Must be able to climb steps, push product into the machine, and stand and bend for 100% of production hours.
  • •Must be willing to wear all proper safety equipment and work weekends when required.
