  • •Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries, communicating clearly and escalating non-routine concerns.
  • •Connect and disconnect trailers and complete product transfer loading and unloading activities following safety protocols.
  • •Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and report accidents, incidents, and equipment issues.
