Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote physical activity, healthy weight management, mindfulness/stress reduction, and tobacco cessation.
  • •Coordinate and lead group engagement sessions (safety talks, stretch and flex programs, lunch and learns, seminars, and presentations).
  • •Conduct blood pressure biometric screenings and body composition testing, and provide person-centered coaching interactions and health consultations.
  • •Promote safety awareness and musculoskeletal wellbeing through daily site walks/rounds, education, demonstrations, and follow-up coaching.
  • •Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential HIPAA-compliant data entry and complete client-site paperwork, documentation, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences or a related field.
  • •A strong background in injury prevention, especially for construction, manufacturing, and transportation settings.
  • •Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong presentation skills and confidence sharing health information while coaching individuals and groups.
  • •Comfort with proactive outreach and engagement with new people and populations.
