•Hold a technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEM) or have a non-traditional background with proof of technical curiosity (e.g., home lab, certification, side project) and the ability to clarify complexity.
•Be fluent in English and the primary language of the country for which you are applying.
•Be legally authorized to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.
•Be willing to relocate to Amsterdam for the 12-month training period.
