Vans: Store Manager - Streets at Southpoint

Lead the store as a strategic, people-focused manager—driving business performance, sales and profit goals, and a high-quality customer experience. Coach and develop a diverse, high-performing team while ensuring brand values, service standards, and a positive store culture. Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, audits, reporting, visual merchandising, and inventory/shipping/receiving. Support store marketing and community engagement initiatives.
