Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Deep-dive into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis, identify error patterns, and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and standards.
  • •Interpret and curate safety policies for complex or high-risk cases, validate benchmark data (“golden sets”), and ensure enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions across moderation teams, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive consistent implementation of global quality goals.
  • •Leverage QA dashboards, RCA tools, calibration platforms, and AI to generate weekly/monthly reports and support training rollouts for new policy and operational guideline updates.

  • •Conduct analytical audits of human moderation, track performance targets, and maintain data integrity within a trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operations environment.
  • •Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring quality issues, identify error patterns, and propose process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
  • •Apply strong policy interpretation and judgment to handle complex, ambiguous, or high-risk escalation cases using defined quality methodologies and processes.
  • •Lead calibration sessions and deliver training with strong cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on global quality goals.
  • •Use data visualization, reporting, QA/calibration tools, and AI to streamline workflows and provide actionable feedback on system and process functionality; Hebrew and English fluency required.
