Job Summary

Lead partnership marketing initiatives by developing strategies, managing partner relationships, and co-owning co-marketing go-to-market plans. Drive developer-focused campaigns, including lead generation and lifecycle communications, and improve the developer program experience. Own developer platforms and marketing communications across the developer lifecycle, manage Developer Meetup events, and partner with data/analytics teams to measure performance and optimize results. Work with PayPal’s Consumer Marketing team in Berlin across DEATCH and Europe.

•Design, build, and deploy strategic marketing communications across the developer lifecycle, including lead generation and lifecycle communications.
•Own developer-focused platforms and coordinate Developer Meetup events, partnering with data/analytics teams to track performance and optimize strategies.

•5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent education/experience combination.
•8+ years of experience in partnership or channel marketing, with a track record of developing and executing partnership programs.
•Proven experience identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
•Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, including CRM, onsite marketing, digital marketing, and content marketing (event marketing is a plus).
•Fluent German & English (C1/C2) and strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
