Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations for major packages, including pricing, schedule, risk allocation, escalation mechanisms, and performance incentives.
•Develop and execute procurement and commercial strategies aligned with project delivery, cost, and risk objectives.
•Manage the full contract lifecycle (drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout) for high-value, complex agreements.
•Act as the commercial lead and advisor to project leadership, engineering, and supply chain teams.
•Lead claims management and dispute resolution, including analysis, negotiation, and settlement of contractor and supplier claims.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•12–15+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or commercial management within capital projects or regulated industries.
•Strong track record leading high-value contract negotiations (construction, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure).
•Deep understanding of contract forms, risk allocation, and claims management.
•Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., nuclear, energy, infrastructure) is highly preferred.
•Experience with tools such as SAP, Primavera P6, and Excel for commercial and project controls integration.
