Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers between accounts, and posting to general ledger accounts.
  • •Cash checks and other negotiable instruments; examine documents for endorsements and negotiability.
  • •Process loan payments, savings bonds, cashier’s checks, traveler's checks, official checks, and money orders; process credit card cash advances.
  • •Verify and balance cash daily; detect and resolve discrepancies promptly and consistently follow teller procedures and compliance requirements.
  • •Promote, cross-sell, and offer bank products and services while maintaining privacy, courteous client service, and accurate reports/records.
