Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and rebalance resources across disciplines; chair production progress and discipline coordination meetings.
  • •Own model and drawing delivery against the master information delivery plan and discipline task information delivery plans.
  • •Own production standards (NOC data standardisation, base plan standardisation, title block milestones) plus setup of data shortcuts and part catalogues/object libraries.
  • •Validate discipline model and drawing submissions (including GIS checklist requirements) and perform final drawing sanity checks before review release.
  • •Lead end-to-end clash resolution, coordinate interfaces and tie-ins (including third parties), deliver internal training, and manage performance and development for 5 to 6 BIM team leads.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering or a diploma with equivalent proven experience.
  • •10+ years in infrastructure design production, including supervising multiple teams or a large production team in an engineering consultancy.
  • •Demonstrable record delivering to ISO 19650 on live projects (formal certification is an advantage).
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Advanced capability with Civil 3D and AutoCAD, and working knowledge of Navisworks for clash and interface management.
