Key Responsibilities

  • •Steer solution design alignment to SAP best practices, development guidelines, and Airbus “Golden Rules,” including how analytics data is structured, integrated, and consumed.
  • •Define the project charter/roadmap: plan deliveries, resources, budgets, and milestones across quality gates.
  • •Prepare steering committee materials and represent the digital team.
  • •Direct end-to-end delivery lifecycle: assign ownership, assess delivery risks, manage change control, and lead developers and business analysts.
  • •Interface with business units and international customers to contextualize requirements; serve as an escalation point for technical roadblocks, support incident investigations/root-cause analyses, and oversee cutover and production/automated data monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, covering EWM, WM, PP, ABAP, or Native HANA.
  • •2+ years leading projects covering SAP EWM/WM/PP solutions.
  • •At least 1 implementation project and preferred logistics/planning business functional skills (EWM/PP).
  • •Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (HANA objects, data modeling, SAC/Qlik visualization) and familiarity with analytics/data tools (e.g., Skywise, PySpark, Python, Ontology, Foundry).
  • •Expertise in areas such as data compliance/export control, security, and sustainable IT/architecture standards; PMP certification is an added advantage.
