Job Summary

The Senior Microsoft Presales Engineer drives customer engagement and solution consulting across Microsoft Infrastructure, Security, Modern Workplace, and Cloud solutions. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will lead workshops, demonstrations, and technical proposals, shaping digital transformation for enterprise customers and supporting pipeline growth in collaboration with Account Managers, Architects, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers to understand business challenges, security/infrastructure requirements, and transformation objectives; conduct assessments of infrastructure, cloud and security landscapes; contribute to RFP/RFI documentation; act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
•Position Microsoft solutions by articulating business value, competitive advantages, technical capabilities and security/operational benefits; demonstrate solution advantages and support evaluations across customer environments
•Design and position solutions across Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, Defender, SIEM, Azure, Data Protection and hybrid infrastructure; assist in Azure sizing, migration and modernization discussions
•Lead customer workshops, technical demonstrations and executive briefings; deliver tailored presentations addressing business and technical challenges; educate customers on Microsoft technologies
•Contribute to pipeline generation and opportunity development; support qualification, validation, and deal progression; collaborate with Sales/Account Management to align technical and commercial strategies

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Microsoft solution sales, Technical presales, Cloud and infrastructure consulting, Enterprise ICT environments
•Strong expertise across Microsoft Cloud, Security, Productivity, Infrastructure solutions
•Strong understanding of Enterprise security principles, Cloud migration and modernization, Identity and access management, Data protection and compliance solutions
•Experience supporting enterprise and strategic customer engagements
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field
