Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, aligning objectives, roadmaps, and priorities with Engineering and Product leadership.
  • •Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and workflows across cross-functional engineering teams.
  • •Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers in complex technical environments.
  • •Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies and coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to improve Scrum maturity and autonomy.
  • •Establish program governance and executive status reporting, managing project dashboards using Jira, Confluence, and other tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional engineering or networking programs from planning through delivery.
  • •Hands-on ability to operate in a dual role: strategic program leadership plus operational Agile team support.
  • •Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and improving delivery predictability, transparency, and efficiency.
  • •Proactive approach to identifying, tracking, and resolving risks, issues, dependencies, and execution blockers in technical environments.
  • •Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence and align engineering, product, release, and leadership teams.
