Job Summary

APAC-focused Broker Relations Manager responsible for building and managing relationships with sell-side and research partners, coordinating broker votes, resource and commission reporting, and partnering with Portfolio Managers to ensure access and research needs are met. Serves as the central contact across buy/sell side activities, analyzes pricing/ROI, and drives process improvements through data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage sell side relationships across coverage teams (sales, corporate access, analysts) and ensure effective feedback through broker reviews.
•Oversee resource analysis, corporate access events, and ROI-focused pricing discussions for investment professionals.
•Act as day-to-day liaison between PMs and the sell side to understand resource needs and deliverables.
•Prepare and communicate budgets for research and commissions to PMs on a regular basis.
•Stay informed on best practices across buyside/sellside and participate in roundtables to drive process improvements.

Key Requirements

•At least 5+ years on the buyside or sellside.
•Deep understanding of buy / sell side relationships.
•Strong presentation and Excel skills.
•Understanding of corporate access.
•Able to communicate with Portfolio Managers, Sell Side Partners, and Research Vendors confidently and articulate complex needs and budgets.
