Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain ESM project management structure and governance, aligned with enterprise standards and compliance in a regulated environment.
  • •Define multi-year strategic objectives and roadmap for the ESM project portfolio, translating executive intent into executable programs.
  • •Lead and develop a team of approximately 10–20 associates to deliver complex projects and programs, including BAU support and ad-hoc needs.
  • •Own executive-level communications, roadmaps, and reporting on progress, risks, and resourcing to senior ESM leadership.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in project/process practices using structured methodologies (e.g., Agile), partnering cross-functionally to ensure delivery on time and on budget.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 217,000 - 247,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 9 years of project, program, or process management experience.
  • •At least 5 years of people management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of financial services experience.
  • •Experience leading complex initiatives or transformations, including governance/operationalizing project frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP preferred).
