Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently handle purchasing activities from purchase requisition through quotation gathering, purchase order creation and dispatch, to invoice release.
  • •Organize transport and customs clearance, and monitor order confirmations, delivery dates, and analysis certificates.
  • •Initiate appropriate actions when deviations occur and handle complaints.
  • •Support supplier qualification activities and assist with supplier evaluations, including managing quality documents.
  • •Monitor stock levels with warehousing, production, and other demand owners, and help maintain and create master data; cover internal team substitutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with additional procurement training or several years of experience in purchasing.
  • •Experience in operational purchasing and a solid understanding of purchasing, supplier, and logistics processes.
  • •Strong hands-on skills with MS Office and SAP, with a structured way of working with purchase orders, master data, and documentation.
  • •Negotiation-level English and strong communication for an international working environment.
  • •Reliable adherence to GMP, ISO, and SHE/Q requirements and the willingness to implement internal instructions consistently.
