Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct quality inspection activities for products and services using defined inspection points.
  • •Perform releases and acceptance of LRI’s and complete document reviews for retrofit/lay-up phases.
  • •Monitor and inspect during retrofit/lay-up and test phases; support breakdown tests during troubleshooting.
  • •Issue engine ground run and flight clearances and confirm product/service conformity.
  • •Advise internal and external customers on quality aspects, support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive measures, and assist with internal audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as aircraft equipment mechanic (Fluggerätmechaniker) or comparable qualification.
  • •Completed training as master (Meister) or technician (Techniker).
  • •Completed CAT B1 fundamentals course.
  • •Working knowledge of Eurofighter is an advantage.
  • •Fluent German and English (spoken and written); experience with SAP and PDM is required.
