Job Summary

Oversee engineering and technical disciplines across projects by owning BOM expertise on-site. Partner with TPM, CE, EE, R&D, procurement, and production to resolve design and material availability issues while creating, structuring, and maintaining accurate engineering/manufacturing BOMs in PLM/ERP systems. Verify part numbers, descriptions, and assemblies for data accuracy, and improve BOM structure through standardized engineering practices, especially for server-related PCBA BOM architecture.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and production to resolve material availability and design-related issues.
•Create, structure, and update engineering and manufacturing BOMs in PLM/ERP systems.
•Verify and maintain part numbers, descriptions, and assemblies to support manufacturing and supply chain processes.
•Identify areas to improve BOM structure and establish standardized practices across engineering platforms.
•Collaborate with TPM, CE, EE, and clients to ensure smooth daily project operations.

Key Requirements

•Experience in BOM management, manufacturing, or product development in the server area.
•Extensive experience with a cross-functional design team.
•Proficiency in ERP/PLM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Windchill).
•High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities and cross-team communication.
•Extensive experience with PCBA BOM architecture and creation.
