Timberland: Supervisor - SOHO

Lead store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, support sales goals and merchandising standards, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, product flow, and inventory/loss prevention. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to foster an inclusive team culture, maximize store profitability, and uphold safety, policies, and store procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.
