Key Responsibilities

•Establish offer estimation dossiers for state clients, often with industrial setups and partnerships, applying the Offers process.
•Coordinate all contributing functions to consolidate estimation dossiers (risks, planning, pricing, cash out) from opportunity identification to contract signature and handover to Project.
•Lead reviews of quotes and commitments to ensure the alignment between client needs and costing, while identifying risks and ensuring commitments are met.
•Present consolidated bids at Gate reviews to BU and SRA management, communicating outcomes and recommendations.
•Implement product policy defined by PLMs and adhere to Design Authority guidance during the offers phase, ensuring reliability and competitiveness of dossiers.

Key Requirements

•BAC+5 with at least 7 years of total experience in offers & projects management, business development, or related commercial environments
