Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the mid-to-long-term technology roadmap for ATS products, including research and pre-development of new technologies/platforms.
  • •Lead and develop a cross-functional ATS R&D team (mechanical, electrical, testing), managing task allocation, execution, evaluation, and talent pipeline.
  • •Drive the full product development lifecycle from concept design through prototype, testing/validation, and mass production.
  • •Ensure optimal performance in electrical characteristics, mechanical durability, reliability, safety/compliance (GB/T, IEC, UL), and cost control.
  • •Own critical subsystem design (mechanism/contact system, arc extinguishing system, intelligent controller functions) and coordinate requirements with marketing/sales, manufacturing/supply chain, and quality teams; lead IP strategy and standard development involvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering; master’s preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience designing PC Class ATS products.
  • •At least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • •Proven experience leading complete PC-class ATS development projects, with mechanism design experience preferred.
  • •Expertise in ATS core technologies (switching/arc/extinguishing, electromagnetic mechanism, motor control/intelligent trip unit) and familiarity with standards such as IEC 60947-6-1, GB/T 14048.11, and UL 1008.
