Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update logs for contracts, funding allocations, potential change orders (PCOs), and change orders (COs), including coordinating approval workflows.
  • •Perform budget and funding audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and support contract administration and documentation management.
  • •Support risk and issue tracking by capturing risks/issues, maintaining risk registers, and generating and distributing weekly risk status reports.
  • •Coordinate contractor/vendor invoice submissions, verify billing documentation against contractual requirements and milestones, and help monitor approval workflows to minimize delays.
  • •Manage project closeout dashboards and reporting tools, execute financial/administrative closeout activities, and prepare weekly/monthly status reports and ad hoc analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering support, contract administration, project administration, finance, procurement, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting large capital projects in construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects.
